課程概述 |
This course is designed to elucidate the fundamental tenets of Stratigraphy and to provide an introduction to the state-of-art practice. The students will learn the basic elements of Stratigraphy and become exposed to the modern techniques in stratigraphic analysis. |

課程目標 |
Students will be assigned readings a week before the relevant classes and are encouraged to actively participate in discussions in the class. |
|
課程要求 |
We will be visiting the Central Geologic Survey for core logging for at least one full day. Additional field trips are also scheduled. |
